At ravayat Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (choose the timeframe that fits your business).

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.

  • For hygiene reasons, perfumes and used personal accessories (e.g., opened bottles) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Opened or used personal care products (e.g., perfumes)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
